About presenter Amaury Jr:

Amaury de Assis Ferreira Júnior (Catanduva, 28 September 1950) is a Brazilian journalist, television presenter and writer known for his nightly celebrity interviews and coverage of celebrations and events.

Since the 1980s, Amaury has interviewed thousands of people on various radio stations and has been recognized as a pioneer of electronic social columnism, establishing a model that several presenters followed. One of the great symbols of Amaury's programs were the vignettes to the sounds of dance music (particularly "Keep it Comin' Love" by KC and the Sunshine Band) interspersed among the paintings.
